Ingredients:

2 cup moringa leaves chopped

1½ cup wheat flour

1/2 cup bajra flour

1/2 cup soya bean flour

1/2 cup jowar flour

1 tbsp ginger and green chili paste

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

1 teaspoon cumin powder

1/2 teaspoon ajwain or carom seeds

1/2 teaspoon amchur powder

Salt to taste

water (as needed) to knead the dough AND Desi ghee to cook parantha

HOW TO MAKE MULTIGRAIN MORINGA PARATHA

  • Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Slowly add water to make a soft dough. Let the dough rest for 15-20 minutes.
  • divide the dough into small balls and start rolling the bolls to make the Paratha. 
  • Cook it on a pre-heated skillet with ghee on both sides until it has few brown spots.
