Ingredients
mushrooms – 500 gms
bell peppers – 2 whole , diced
onion- 1 whole , sliced
ginger – 1 inch piece, chopped or grated
garlic pods – 4 to 5 , chopped or grated
curry leave – 12 to 15
green chillies – 2 to 3
turmeric powder – 1 tsp
garam masala – 1 tsp
fennel powder – 1/2 tsp
black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Directions
Heat 1 – 2 tbsp of oil and add chopped ginger and garlic. Suate for 4 – 5 minutes on a medium heat and then add onions and salt. Saute till onions are pale. Add all curry leaves, green chillies, the spice powders, bell peppers and mushrooms., Cook for 8 – 10 minute till the mushrooms are well cooked. Mushroom pepper fry is ready!!!
