Pumpkin Bread

This recipe for a moist and fluffy pumpkin bread is extremely easy and quick.

Ingredients:
Pumpkin Puree – 1/2 cup
All purpose flour – 2 cups
Eggs – 3
Sugar – 1 cup
Vegetable oil – 1/2 cup
Baking powder – 1 tspn
baking soda – 1/2 tspn
cinnamon powder – 2 tblspn

Preheat oven to 350°.Combine together all the dry ingredients . Whisk together eggs, pumpkin puree , and oil ; stir into dry ingredients . Fold in walnuts and raisins, if desired. Decorate with some pumpkin seeds ( optional).
Pour into a greased 9×5-in. pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 65-70 minutes.
