Ingredients
Chicken about 500 gms
ginger, chopped -1 tblspn
garlic, chopped – 1 1 tblspn
onion, sliced – one medium
green, sliced – 3 – 4 ( as per taste)
tomatoes , chopped – 2 medium
chilli paste or chilli powder – 1 tblspn
coriander powder – 2 tblspn
turmeric powder – 1 tspn
fennel powder – 1/2 tspn
pepper powder – 1/2 tspn
coconut oil – 2 to 3 tblspn
Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger and garlic and saute for a few seconds. add onions, green chillies curry leaves and salt, and saute till the onions are light brown. Add tomatoes and all the spice powders except garam masala and saute for about 4-5 minutes till the tomatoes are soft. Add the chicken and let them cook completely. Add coconut milk and garam masala, and simmer for 4-5 minute. Chicken curry is ready.
