Ingredients
Fish – 300 gms
turmeric powder – 1 tspn
red chilli powder – 1 tspn
fenugreek powder – 1/3 tspn
pepper powder – 1/2 tspn
lemon juice – 1 tblspn
curry leaves – a handful
oil to fry
Marinate the fish with all the above ingredients and salt for 15 – 20 minute . Shallow fry the fish in medium heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side. Salmon fry is ready. Serve it as an appetizer or a side dish with steamed rice.
