Rich and creamy, palpayasam or kheer is made during most festivals.
Ingredients
Matta raw rice – 1/2 cup
evaporated milk – 12 oz
milk – 1 cup
water – 1 cup
green cardamom – 4 to 5
Put all the ingredients in a pressure cooker and cook for a whistle. Then reduce the heat to minimum and simmer for 10 – 15 minutes . Pal Payasam is ready.
